Pootz In Boots

Mine is a life worth living and if I could turn back the clock, I would play the same scene at the same speed with the same players... regrets? Of course I have some but that adds the colours to this life..

Children: Update

Haakem:

Did quite well in all his exams, inlcuding the most recent Intervensi 2 and Trial. I hope he maintains his grades for the real UPSR. I am quite worried about his performance in English and BM (Pemahaman). His A's are not always very strong and his English writings call for concern. Maths and Science are fine and BM (Writing) is not too worrisome. He managed to maintain his first place for the mid-year exam. He has to get 5A's but considering his effort, I shall leave all for Allah to decide. HE knoweth best.

He ran for his Yellow Team in his school sports day (23rd July) and took third place. We never expected him to do better in sports but at least he tried. The next day, we took him to see Transformers 3 at GSC Pavillion and lunch at Grandmama's later.

Sometimes in June, together with his 3 classmates, he represented his school in the Science competition but didn't get any prize. No prize either for his poetry recital during the Anti Dadah campaign. I guess his best achievement this year on the extra-curricular side is winning second place at the Tilawah Al-Quran, Pudu Zone and representing the Zone to State level. He went to 2 UPSR seminars (outside school), the latter being the FOC one organised by Tabung Haji's Kelab TaHa.

Kamaliah:

Full of excuses but is enjoying school very much. The going to school and fooling around part of it. She refuses to do any reading and writing at home. But surprisingly she did okay in school. Her assesments - did very well in recognising sounds, colours, emotions, communication, inter-personal skills, reciting dua's & surahs from the Quran, cleanliness and reading is at par with age BUT need improvement in drawing, colouring and some physical activities (involving wet/dirty stuff). And she has very bad handwriting!! She took part in relay during the school sports day and her team came second and for the Telematch, her team came first. She has finished her Book 1 for her Iqra', thanks to Haakem. She lost 2kgs since she first enrol in school. Rarely sleeps during the day. She was unwell for 3 days this month and had to be fetched during school hours on 13th July and we keep her home for the next 2 days too. Favourite activity - Disney Channel! ARGH!!!

Zara:

She eats, drinks Ribena, talks, eats, drinks Ribena, talks, drinks Ribena, talks, drink Ribena, talks, eat, talks..... Also full of excuses and has answers for everything. 'nuff said.

Baby Abdullah:

Kicks, punches, hiccups, stretches, sulks, sleeps, sulks...... and we'll get to see him very soon!!

Week 36

Tomorrow, I shall be 36 weeks pregnant with my fourth baby. As much as I have started to feel uncomfortable with the belly, I don't want this to end. A maximum of 4 more weeks to go, could be lesser, is such a short period to spend with you inside me, feeling your kicks, your hiccups, your stretches....
I do not know what to expect at the end of it but I have not stopped praying for you, for us, my son.
I just want you to know, I love you very much!! And thank you for making this a very beautiful experience for Mama. You be good in there......
